What the ESTP-AS personality is like
Steady and Self-reliant on top of the Pilot: things take a while to reach you, and when they do, you handle them yourself. The client yelled, the event slipped an hour, and you're back at the car park with a coffee, adjusting the route, as if the rain were scheduled.
Under pressure
Pressure makes you more exact, not louder. Your pace holds, your voice stays low, and the room borrows your calm without knowing where it came from.
From outside this reads as nothing bothering you, and sometimes people stop checking in. Nobody offers a hand to someone who looks like they have both. From inside, it's work: you're counting what's left and doing it in order.
When something goes wrong
You fix it first and mention it second. A wrong turn, a missed shipment, a bad week: you don't ring anyone, you start the repair, and it's usually half done by the time it's a story.
The cost is the story arriving late. The people close to you hear about it afterward, as a funny one, and they'd have liked to be in the passenger seat. They would have helped, and they wanted to be asked.
How the two fit
Steady and alone means you take hits well. The price is the support left unasked, which friends would have liked to give. The Sunday Pilot calls on the way, the Rain Pilot feels it all and carries it quietly, the Wild Pilot feels it all and tells everyone. All four land the plane. Yours is the one nobody watched.
