What the ENFJ-AC personality is like
Steady and Collaborative on top of the Guide: things take a while to reach you, and when they do, you take them to someone. A hard week usually has a long walk in it, a phone on speaker, and a friend saying "okay, start from the beginning".
Under pressure
Pressure doesn't speed you up much. You slow the room down on purpose: "let's look at what we actually know", and then you divide the work so nobody carries all of it. Your tone stays warm, even when the news isn't.
From outside it looks like ease, and it mostly is. Inside, things reach you in their own time, and when they do you already know whose voice you want to hear. Others read your calm as permission to be calm too.
When something goes wrong
You pick up the phone within the hour. It's usually the same two or three people, and you open with "I need to think out loud", which is an honest description of what you're asking for. Half the answer shows up in your own sentences.
The first thing you do is say it to someone. Only then do you make the list. People like being called; the invitation says they matter, and it does.
How the two fit
The pair makes you easy to lean on and easy to lean back. The cost is that talking it through can feel like progress, so a decision waits for one more conversation, and the week goes by well discussed.
