What the INTP-TS personality is like
Sensitive and Self-reliant on top of the Alchemist: things reach you fast and fully, and you carry them yourself. The meeting ended at five. At two in the morning you're looking at the ceiling with one sentence somebody said, taking it apart and rebuilding it each time with a different ending.
Under pressure
Pressure reaches you at once and stays. Outside, you're the same: same voice, same pace, a little quieter. Inside, the part of you that runs scenarios has gone to full speed and has no off switch. Sleep goes first, then lunch.
People read the quiet as thinking, and it is. It's also the sound of a very busy room.
When something goes wrong
You go inward and hard. You read everything, test every branch, write the message and don't send it. You'd sooner be tired and sure than ask and be early. The only sign anyone gets is that you're slightly quieter than usual, and they don't know it's a sign.
It does get solved, usually, at an hour when nobody is awake to hear it.
How the two fit
A thinking mind with the volume turned up, running where nobody can see. The price is the replay: you rehearse the worst case in full detail, alone, and a week disappears into scenarios that mostly didn't happen. It goes better when the unfinished draft goes to one person. The Quiet Alchemist stays level, the Sunday Alchemist thinks it through with someone, the Bright Alchemist says it all at once.
