What the ISTJ-AS personality is like

Under pressure
Pressure doesn't change your routine; it tightens it. You go through the list in order, one item at a time, and the order is what keeps you level. Your voice stays the same, your face stays the same, and people who need a visible reaction to know you've understood won't get one. You have.
From outside it looks like nothing is wrong, so the next request lands on you without a pause, because you've shown you can take it.
When something goes wrong
You go through the list. Step one, step two, a note of what's left, and you tell no one until it's under control, because "done" is a better message than "help". A hard month passes as a well-kept calendar and an early night.
The people close to you hear about it as a finished thing, in a sentence. They'd have liked to carry one end of it.
