The Blazing Spark ENTP-TC personality type

A variant of ENTP

Telling the story while it's still happening

ENTP-TC: The Spark that feels things fast and fully and works them out out loud: five calls, one bright hour, and lighter hands for the repair.

ENTP-TC personality type, illustrated: A man in his late twenties, Black with rich brown skin, close-cropped curls, and a muted teal sweatshirt beneath a warm gray jacket.

What the ENTP-TC personality is like

Sensitive and Collaborative on top of the Spark: things reach you fast and fully, and you work them out with other people. You're telling the story while it's still happening, to whoever is nearby, at full brightness, half laughing and half real.

Under pressure

Pressure goes straight to your voice and your hands. You talk faster, you start five things, you want company in the room. People know where you are within a minute, and many of them find that a relief.

From inside it's loud and bright and not messy: each retelling shakes the problem into a slightly more usable shape.

When something goes wrong

You call someone in the first ten minutes, then someone else, then you post in the group. It becomes a small conference about you. One friend gives the sober read, another the dark joke, and you need both. You don't want the answer handed over so much as the company while you find it.

Then you go and do the thing, lighter, the way you do after a good talk with the right people. The conversation was part of the repair.

How the two fit

Outgoing, Sensitive and Collaborative is the fastest road from trouble to relief, and it burns hot. The price is the crash after: the loudest person in the room is flat on the sofa by evening, and nobody saw that half. It goes better when the evening is left empty on purpose. The Steady Spark carries it quietly, the Easy Spark keeps it light, the Wandering Spark walks it off.
