What the ENTP-AC personality is like
Steady and Collaborative on top of the Spark: things take longer to reach you, and when they do, you think them through with other people. The oven breaks on a Sunday and you're three messages deep with a friend, laughing about it, before you've worked out the fix.
Under pressure
Pressure barely changes your voice. You stay light, you stay curious, you turn the problem into a puzzle for the table. People near you borrow your calm without knowing they're doing it.
From inside it's steady and a little amused. The deadline is real, you know it's real, and you'd still rather solve it with a conversation going.
When something goes wrong
You reach out early, within the hour, and casually: "so, funny thing happened". You call the friend who knows the field, the colleague with the clear head, whoever picks up. By the third person the problem has a shape.
Then you do the work, and the people you called get a message saying it's handled. They like being part of it. You like that they like it.
How the two fit
The Spark's reach plus your ease makes a crisis feel like a good conversation. The price is the pile of ideas: ten people, ten angles, and a decision that waits while you work out whose to take, sometimes for days. It goes better when you ask one person which of the ten they'd pick. The Steady Spark carries it quietly, the Wandering Spark moves while it's heavy, the Blazing Spark says it all at once.
